KURA is operated by kuraspace LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies made available through our website or checkout.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the website or place an order only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Our cosmetic hair-care products are not age-restricted products.
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
KURA currently serves customers in the United States.
We may limit or decline service to a person, address, geographic location, or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
PRODUCTS
KURA offers cosmetic hair-care products intended to support the appearance, feel, and manageability of dry or frizz-prone hair.
Our product range may include hair oils, serums, creams, and other cosmetic hair-care products.
Product-specific information, including directions, size, ingredients, and warnings, is displayed on the applicable product page or physical packaging.
PRODUCT USE
Products must be used according to the directions and warnings supplied with them.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order.
The amount charged by KURA will be displayed before you complete checkout.
KURA does not intentionally add hidden charges after checkout.
Any tax that KURA is legally required to collect will be displayed during checkout.
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider may independently charge fees. KURA does not control fees imposed directly by third parties.
PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods may include:
• Eligible Visa cards.
• Eligible Mastercard cards.
• Other eligible debit or credit cards displayed during checkout.
• PayPal.
The available methods can change over time and are displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

ONE-TIME PURCHASES
KURA currently offers products as one-time purchases.
We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions or automatic replenishment.
You will not be automatically charged for future product orders unless you separately and expressly authorize a recurring service introduced in the future.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping is currently free for eligible United States orders.
Our current estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Please review our Shipping Policy for information about tracking, delays, incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and undelivered orders.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order, provided fulfillment has not already begun.
The cancellation opportunity ends when either of the following happens first:
• Twenty-four hours have passed since purchase.
• Fulfillment begins.
Cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
KURA does not normally accept physical returns.
Opened or used cosmetic products generally do not qualify for a refund because of a change of mind or personal preference.
Exceptions may apply when a product arrives damaged, leaking, unusable, or different from what was ordered, or when KURA approves an exception.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
KURA may occasionally offer discounts, product bundles, or promotional offers.
Unless the specific offer states otherwise:
• Promotions are available for a limited time.
• Promotions are subject to availability.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Multiple offers might not be combinable.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or another type of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may restrict or terminate access to our services when we reasonably believe that a person has:
