Order processing Once you place your order, our team gets to work preparing it within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email the moment it's on its way.

Delivery times Estimated delivery is 9–16 days from dispatch. The large majority of our orders - over 80% - arrive within 14 days, and 99% land within the 9–16 day window. Times can vary slightly with your location and the season.

Shipping cost Free standard shipping on every Kura order. No surprises at checkout.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Customs & duties Depending on your location, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays or lost parcels On the rare occasion something is delayed beyond the expected window or doesn't arrive, we've got you. Reach out at https://www.kuraspace.com/pages/contact and we'll sort it out, including a replacement or refund for confirmed lost parcels.
