Our Promise
We stand behind every Kura order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — here's how it works.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at kuraspace.myshopify@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video showing the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. No need to ship anything back.
Change of mind Because each order is prepared and dispatched specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases or for items that have been used. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.
Lost parcels If a confirmed-lost parcel doesn't reach you, we'll replace it or refund it in full.
Starting a claim Email kuraspace.myshopify@gmail.com with your order number and your photo/video evidence. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Refund timing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
